SHEAR MOUTH

  shear mouth

Shear mouth occurs in horses when the natural 10 - 15 degree angle of the horses' teeth is more than 15 degrees. This can cause irregular wear and lead to dental problems. The irregular wear must be treated by an equine dentist to reduce further dental and feeding problems.
